"An error occured in our system after 6 years where only half of our pannels were being accepted by our inverter. Although Elite did not install our system they sent a tech out the next day to test our system. The problem was in our inverter, they contacted the inverter manufacturer and a replacent inverter was installed within 2 weeks of fault found. They even did all warenty paper work. Full 5 stars given for time to check system and find fault, professionalism of staff in turning up at apointed time and fault finding. Time to get replacement inverter under warrenty and installed. These guys are the real deal. Thank you very much for all your help."
