What's Involved?

  • Comply with and report any Work, Health and Safety incidents
  • Supervising, teaching, and mentoring apprentices
  • Lead employees, allocate duties, provide direction on work, ensure the quality of works, monitor performance, plan and set out tasks and meet work deadlines
  • Managing multiple job sites, ensuring employees adhere to all company policies
  • Installing, maintaining, and optimising electrical systems and components
  • Inspections, testing, and diagnosing issues
  • Troubleshooting and upgrades
  • Reading plans and working in line with Australia standards
  • Consulting project manager, warehouse manager, or any other stakeholders
  • Maintaining a company vehicle

Position Requirements

  • Electrical Trade Certificate 
  • Class C NSW driver’s licence 

  • Proven experience in Electrical work

  • Working at heights is advantageous
  • Commitment to WH&S
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Be reliable and hardworking
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • Construction Induction card (white card)
  • Excellent communication skills
